$70 per player- 4 -9 year olds
$75 per player- 10 -18 year olds
Requirments: Must be at least 4 years old as of July 31, 2010 and NEW players to CCSA MUST bring a birth certificate for verification at time of registration.
If your unable to come in person, you may print off a registration form and mail to the address located at the top of the form. Be sure to include a copy of your child's birth certificate (only new players to CCSA) and a check or money order payable to CCSA.
